These Terms & Conditions apply when you use wizorelectric.com, request a quotation, place an order or book an engineering service with Wizor Electric and Automation Trading LLC (“Wizor”, “we”, “us”), a Nexa Group company based in the United Arab Emirates. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Who these terms apply to
We supply electrical, switchgear, automation and wiring products to contractors, industrial customers, trade buyers and individual customers. Where a separate written agreement, trade account agreement or signed proposal exists between you and Wizor, that agreement takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
Using our website
- Give accurate, current information when you contact us, create an account or place an order.
- Keep your account login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or copy product data or content in bulk.
- We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice.
Products & technical information
Product descriptions, specifications and datasheets are based on information from the manufacturer. Images are for illustration and the colour, finish or packaging of the item you receive may differ slightly.
You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and compatible for your application. Our engineers are happy to advise, but final selection remains your decision. Electrical products must be installed by a qualified person in line with the regulations of the local authority (such as DEWA, SEWA, ADDC or FEWA) and the manufacturer’s instructions.
Prices, currency & VAT
- All prices are set and charged in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Prices shown in other currencies (marked “≈”) are approximate conversions for guidance only; you will be charged in AED.
- UAE VAT is applied in line with UAE law and shown on your quotation, checkout and tax invoice.
- Some products are marked “Price on request” — these are priced by quotation.
- Prices may change at any time until your order is confirmed. If a product is shown at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the quantities, specifications and delivery location you give us. Unless a quotation states a different validity, it is valid for 7 days from the date issued and is subject to stock availability at the time you accept it. Volume pricing applies only to the quantities quoted.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order online or accept a quotation, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (including by email) or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, discontinued, mispriced, or if we cannot verify payment — and we will refund any amount you have already paid for it.
Payment
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout or on your quotation. Orders are processed once payment is received unless you hold an approved trade account with agreed credit terms. Goods remain the property of Wizor until they are paid for in full.
Delivery & collection
- We deliver across the UAE and can arrange international shipping on request. Delivery times we give are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- You may collect orders from our warehouses by arrangement — please bring your order number.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
- Please check your delivery when it arrives and report any visible damage, shortage or wrong item within 48 hours — see our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns, defects & warranty
Returns, exchanges, refunds and faulty products are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and we help you make warranty claims with the manufacturer.
Engineering services
Installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance, programming and panel-manufacturing work is carried out to the scope, price and timeline in our written proposal. You agree to provide safe access to the site, the necessary permits and isolation, and accurate information about the existing installation. Any change to the agreed scope is a variation and may change the price and timeline; we will confirm it with you before doing the work.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Wizor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, production, business or data), and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the products or services concerned. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect selection, installation or use of products, or by events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Brands & intellectual property
Website content, design and text belong to Wizor or are used with permission. Product names, brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we supply.
Your privacy
We handle your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion will be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
